- Set aside 2 to 3 hours to plan the upcoming month
- Record your Mission and/or Purpose and keep it visible
- Identify your most important personal and business goals
- Prioritize top goals and HPA’s (High Priority Activities)
- Schedule your priorities. Remember, WHAT GETS SCHEDULED GETS DONE!
