You know how sometimes you work feverishly through a day and get to the end and look back and question if you really accomplished anything of importance?
One step to help minimize the frequency of this happening is to take 10 minutes a day and plan your next day. Look at your calendar for what is already scheduled and list out all you desire to accomplish and then prioritize. Recognize that you are only human and can only accomplish so much in 24 hours. Be realistic. Too much, and you may feel overwhelmed. You will be amazed how this little activity will help you become more productive every day.
